ABAP Specialist

Requirements Definition and Management
• Facilitate scoping and business priority setting for large or complex changes and engaging senior stakeholders as required. Selects the most appropriate means of representing business requirements in the context of a specific change initiative
• Utilize business architecture and process modeling skills and tools
• Obtains formal agreement from a large and diverse range of potentially senior stakeholders and recipient to the scope and requirements, plus the establishment of a base-line on which delivery of a solution can commence.
• Identifies the impact on business requirements of external impacts affecting a program or project

Systems Integration
• Participates in establishment of and use of standards and procedures across the ICT service lifecycle (including the development lifecycle) in the areas of systems integration and testing
• Where we must “Adapt” instead of “Adopt” research, analyze, recommend and implement best of breed technology to bring optimized efficiency and effectiveness to business processes
• Delivers solutions in a team environment that fosters trust and respect across ICT and our partners
• Skills. Conversion Programs, SAPscript, and SmartForms, Screen Painter BDC, LSMW, User Exits, Menu Exits, Function Exit, Screen Exit, ALV Reports, Dialog Programming, Data Dictionary, RFC, ABAP Query, ALE, BAPI, and BADI
